Actually, it's not up to you to do that in some
cases...

1. .wav format is not nessisary and would
takeup most your your webspace (and bandwidth)
and would take people about 100 times longer to
download :cP

2. If the client has thier browser set to play .mp3
files as they download, then that's thier bad. However
they can still right click and select "Save Target As..."
if they want to avoid playing it right away and save it
to a known spot on thier hard drive instead. :c)

I avoid having to do this completly checking the
"Always ask for files of this type" box when it first tries
to download an mp3. If you selected "Open file from
it's location" and unchecked that box, it'll always play
the file with your perfered mp3 player.
