Ok, i never post..
But i think that it needs to be said that you should be able to get your
point across without having to curse. Its totally inappropriate, and it
shows that you lack knowledge of other words to describe your feelings.
Search harder for words to explain yourself.
Do you really need to make the generalization about Plur? and the fact that
promoters harass you and djs' trash talk. Please tell me of this crew and
their associations.. Cuz i bet you are just being a stereotypical raver that
needs to rant on and on about how you are treated unfairly. Personally, it
is your choice to go to parties that cost $60. And if you don't get what you
want, then that is your fault. You put yourself in that enviorment, so deal
with it. If you are having such a hard time with the mainstream rave scene,
then i suggest that you make new friends, ones that will show what a real
party is all about.
I completely agree that you should be nice because its the right thing to
do, and that there shouldn't be a catch phrase to label the rave scene, and
it made as a oath for all of us to swear by.
"gouging water prices. RIGHT if ppl REALLY abided by plur, the scene would
be a lot happier."
Yes, water is expensive, but let me let you in on a secret. If you are at a
venue that is selling water for more than $1, then just drink out of the
water faucet in the bathroom. Many people in this scene, do obide by the
properties of plur, but understand that it has virtues that one should have
instead of forced upon them. I think that you need to be nicer, curse less
and then maybe someone will want to be friend you and take you out to some
nice free party with nub chai and snacks.
