The problem with kicking people off lists is determining when to kick them off. If everyone is pissed at the offending poster, then ignore them. Taking the bait and responding to their flames only results in more garbage posted to the list. Being a public mailing list, there isn't anything that keeps an annoying person from signing up with another free email server (hotmail, yahoo, etc) and crashing the list again. You either have to resort to moderating the list (an extremely timeconsuming task) or live with the occasional outburst. And besides, Denise said to let her back on. ;-) -Dave
