The Water sales for this venue almost 95% of the time is handled by the venue owners. Unless the "bar" is bought out the parties responsible for the party have no say in price or sale of water. As far as I know the cost to buy out the bar is extremely high. It sucks no matter how you look at it and something should be done about it.
