Hey everyone, This is a pretty tough message to write. I've never had to cancel or postpone an event in my life, and I'm not a big fan of not getting things done. Unfortunately, Summer Rockin, this Saturday, is being officially postponed.
The park we were scheduled to use had pulled our permits due to catering to a 'rave oriented audience', and our event is not compliant with a 'family environment'. We've all been trying our best to get something lined up since they pulled our permits this week, but to no avail. I know a lot of you were planning on coming out to Summer Rockin, and we all apologize for this inconvienence. We tried our very best to bring this Free Event to you all, but in the long run I guess things are getting harder to do. I know the Channel 2 thing didn't help much either. Again, all of us involved with Summer Rockin apologize for this postponement, we have our hands tied on all fronts. We will be working hard and announcing a new date as soon as we can, and again, thank you for you support as we try to get through this mess. Also, please give a big thank you to all the DJ's who gave their support and love to come out and donate their amazing abilities for this event, they all deserve as much respect as you can give them.
