Ok I'm retarded...when I was referencing to the whole floored experience, I was referring to a  friend of mine having been this way.  Not I. Minor mistake :-P

I totally agree with Rose. That's the one thing with drugs that I've learned during the whole time I've been raving is that you need to be careful with what you do and you need to have a buddy system that will enable you to have immediate help should you need it. You should also be well aware of what you are taking and as Rose said, how much. I saw this guy at the end of the party, when it was being broken up and I was hella scared. I asked if he was breathing, cuz to me it didn't look like he was. My boyfriend said he was, as did some other friends, but that did not comfort. I also hear everyone complaining about the party, saying how they should get their money back (though it only ended an hour early!) and nothing was mentioned about this guy. See this upsets me because I thought we (ravers) were a community who looked after one another, aside from sharing the common love of good music. I mean, what happened to his friends? Why was he alone for so long? I mean, I've had the experience of (a friend) being totally floored before, having to have people forcibly pour water down my (friends') throat because (she)was becoming unresponsive and refusing to drink water on (her) own.  Along with the two friends I were with, it was like a group of 5 girls, all of whom I didn't know. THAT I believe, is what we stand for, or so I thought. I thought we all would help each other, cuz admit, at one point or another we've either experienced something like this or know someone who has, so you would think we would be quick to aid in this. All in all, these Good Samaritans became good friends even though I moved away from that state about a year ago cuz they took a chance on helping a stranger.
As a side note, I have to say that I'm totally disappointed at the way the SF police handled themselves, in particular one man who kept yelling to the upset people. He kept responding to the angry cries from these guys, especially one who said something about making this another Rodney King episode. The cop responded with, "Why don't you come over here and let me beat your ass? You fucking wimp....etc"  I mean, ok so the crowd was antagonizing them but did they really have to respond the way they did? With threats of violence and swear words? It would have been better if they had just ushered us out calmly and orderly and I'm sure things would have gone smoother, with less threats from the angry people. *sigh* Well that's just my $.02.
