I couldn't believe what I heard coming from that cop's mouth. That's the first time in my life I've ever heard a cop go off like that. I've had pretty good experience with police in Northern California. However, in Los Angeles I've had nothing but bad ones. From my house being robbed (robbers were in my house.. If I was in a better neighborhood they probably would have been there quickly) and the cops showing up 3 hours later to cops pulling me over with no reasonable cause.
