Ok, first off.. let me say that this thread it pretty hard to write.. we've
all really busted ass to make this event happen and for something to happen
like it has is really disheartening..
In case you haven't heard.. the DA of Campbell issued an injunction to the
Campbell venue yesterday at 3pm forcing them to cease any events happening
there from this point forward. We have had the permission from the Campbell
PD to do our event there, but when it comes down to it, the DA has the final
say on the law.
With all that said, we heard about this yesterday at 3pm.. and with a day to
scramble for another location, especially in the Bay, we have had no luck
coming up with a location to accomodate even a capacity for our presale
ticket holders.
We sincerely and truly apologize for this, it has been a real disappointment
to not only myself, but to Carlos and Roman and everyone else who worked
with us on this, not to mention the people all those in need for food this
Holiday season.
Now, all of the above being considered, we will be issuing IMMEDIATE
refunds. In order to recieve a ticket refund, you must take your ticket to
the store you purchased it from, and they will refund you (minus the service
charge) right away. Please take it to the store, and only the store, you
bought it from in order to recieve your refund. If you bought tickets
online, your purchase has already been refunded, thanks to the good people
over at Spinfoil.com.
Again, we really would like to apologize to everyone who was looking forward
to this event.. we really were expecting to provide a killer event to
benefit those in need.
