a curious thought during all of this:
what the hell is going on with north korea ? the more i think about it, the more i grow more concerned of the threat in the east than in the middle east. iraq is capable of making fullgrade nukes in when ... some 5, 10 years, maybe ? north korea is literally on the cusp.
if we spread our forces so thin (the middle east, philippines, etc), does that leave us vulnerable ? i know we have enough forces to fight two wars, but why hasn't anyone mentioned what a huge threat north korea is becoming ?
i have a feeling that the moment we start going to war on iraq that north korea is going to attack south korea asap.
