Hi, My system: debian etch, postfix, dkim-milter-1.0
I built dkim-milter from the sources. I uncommented the line: define(`bld_VERIFY_DOMAINKEYS', `true') and copied this file to devtools/Site. Then I copied the directory libdk from dk-milter. During build I see eventually the output "-I../libdk/ -DVERIFY_DOMAINKEYS" in the output I use the config file /etc/mail/dkim-filter.conf and start dkim-filter with dkim-filter -x /etc/mail/dkim-filter.conf. Contents of the config file is: xen2:~# grep -v '^#\|^$' /etc/mail/dkim-filter.conf AutoRestart No Background No BodyLengths No Canonicalization simple/simple Diagnostics Yes DNSTimeout 10 Domain multinet.de KeyFile /root/xen2.private InternalHosts /etc/mail/InternalHosts Mode sv On-BadSignature t On-DNSError t On-InternalError t On-NoSignature t On-SignatureMissing t Quarantine No Selector xen2 SendReports No SignatureAlgorithm rsa-sha256 SignatureTTL 0 Socket inet:[EMAIL PROTECTED] SubDomains Yes Syslog Yes X-Header Yes Postfix is advertised to use dkim-milter. No problems when I send a mail from an internal client outside. The mail is signed and can be verified from others. But when I send a mail from the outside to this mailserver (telnet <server> 25) the mail is delivered to the inbox in any case. In the header of the incomming mail I can see the line X-DKIM: Sendmail DKIM Filter v1.0.0 xen2 8883D10ED4 But the mail is not blocked or delayed. No other sign of a signature verification in the headers. Any idea what might be wrong? How can I check if dkim-milter is working correctly? Thanks for any hint. -- Dr. Michael Schwartzkopff MultiNET Services GmbH Addresse: Bretonischer Ring 7; 85630 Grasbrunn; Germany Tel: +49 - 89 - 45 69 11 0 Fax: +49 - 89 - 45 69 11 21 mob: +49 - 174 - 343 28 75 mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] web: www.multinet.de Sitz der Gesellschaft: 85630 Grasbrunn Registergericht: Amtsgericht München HRB 114375 Geschäftsführer: Günter Jurgeneit, Hubert Martens --- PGP Fingerprint: F919 3919 FF12 ED5A 2801 DEA6 AA77 57A4 EDD8 979B Skype: misch42 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
