I did whatever the default is, which I think isn't libar. I'll try again with libar, but it's a bit of an unpleasant surprise (not from dkim-milter, but more generally) that there seems to be a resolver dependency on whether one can use a CNAME or not. Perhaps we need to caution people about this (after we understand the problem better).
