You should be able to download the dkim-milter tarball and just go into
the libdkim directory and do "sh Build" there if all you want is the
library.
libsm contains things like sm_strlcpy() which is simply an implementation
of strlcpy() which is not available on all systems.
2. Headers: What headers should ship with the "development" version
of the package? Just dkim.h?
