v2.4.0.Beta0 is now available for download from SourceForge.

There's a large amount of new code in this version. A great deal of it
involves fixes to corner cases found during last week's DKIM
interoperability event. Several other minor bugs or enhancements were
identified and resolved as well. Check out the SourceForge trackers and
the RELEASE_NOTES for more information.

There's some part of the new code which takes further advantage of
performance enhancements made available through the new version of
"milter" which came out with sendmail 8.14. Please be aware that this
code has not yet been fully exercised, so you shouldn't run it in any
critical production environments yet.

Also of note are some new test tools to be used during setup to generate
keys and to verify your setup is working. In particular, "gentxt.csh" has
been replaced by "dkim-genkey", and a new "dkim-testkey" utility can be
used to verify that the on-disk private key and the published public key
match and that the latter is properly formatted.

I'm hoping to bring this version out of beta within a couple of weeks.

As before, please use [EMAIL PROTECTED] to discuss
things specific to the beta releases; do not use the trackers or this
list.

Thanks and happy testing!
