I've removed it from the usage message for the next release.  Sorry for 
the confusion.

You should use "AlwaysSignHeaders" in the configuration file instead.

I do need to post an update to the other filters (especially sid-milter 
and dk-milter) which at least bring them up to current spec.  However 
DKIM has been the focus lately so those others are a little stale.

Patches from others would be quite welcome.
