You've always been able to test for a specific value, and as of 2.4.0 you 
can specify a list of possible values for a single macro.  However, this 
test is still only used for the to-sign-or-not-to-sign decision and not 
for things like key selection.

Other possible enhancements:

- load the list of tests from a file rather than having to pack them all 
into the configuration file or the command line

- allow patterns in the value tests
