That's expected since dkim-milter doesn't sign with DomainKeys.

DKIM and DomainKeys are not the same thing.

That autoresponder is broken.  Version "1" is the official version and 
there's nothing more recent than that.  See RFC4871.

Looks normal to me.

Looks normal to me (except "key" should be a base64-encoded public key and 
the quotes should be balanced, but I'm assuming those are just edit 
problems).
