Any domain you specify in its domains-to-sign list ("-d" on the command 
line or "Domain" in the configuration file) should get signed, and 
anything you don't include in that list should get verified (or ignored).

The filter never discards or rejects mail unless you configure it to do 
so.  It will temp-fail messages in certain circumstances such as failure 
to allocate memory, but for the most part it's a pass-through filter. 
Thus, can you post your configuration file and command line arguments?
