The automated means of doing this is the ASP (Author Signing Practises) 
which is a draft proposal from the IETF working group.  The filter 
implements this (look at the "UseASPDiscard" feature.  If you want to 
read the proposal, the working group's draft is available in the source 
package or from http://www.ietf.org/ID.html.

Having a manual list of these might be a useful feature but it doesn't 
exist right now.  Feel free to open a feature request on SourceForge.
