Well, from what I read in your message, the problem was that the 
original dkim headers were in still in place after Mailman processed 
them.  This will cause a problem in validation because additional 
headers are added by Mailman and they are not signed.

If you have Mailman strip out any existing dkim headers, and then resign 
  the message (using the normal dkim process), then the message should 
pass validation.

This is what I do for my lists and it works fine.

Mailman adds headers to the message regardless of the personalization 
settings.

List-Id, List-Subscribe, List-Unsubscribe, etc.

Right, because messages sent from inside your domain are probably not 
signed when they are sent to Mailman ... and only signed after Mailman

The REMOVE_DKIM_HEADERS setting should do what you want.
