Someone on this mailing list captured the traffic. Murray also posted some patches for libmilter to trace what's going on in there. I have not experienced this bug with sendmail and dkim-milter or any other milters. All cases up to now have been specific to Postfix. I'm not pointing this out as a Postfix bug as that won't solve the problem. If you or anyone are familiar with the Postfix internals, you could look into the issue and find a fix.
