Greetings All,

I just upgraded on of our MXs, and now I'm having a problem where
dkim-filter periodically dies. Doesn't dump core, doesn't log SEGV,
nothing.

The details:

Sendmail 8.14.3 (from source)
Fedora 9 x64
dkim-milter 2.6.0 (from source)

Works/signs/verifies fine, until (this is the last logged message I get
when it happens:

Jul 9 15:18:40 flotsam dkim-filter[1158]: m69JIeCZ003524: syntax error:
required header "from" not found
Jul 9 15:18:40 flotsam sendmail[3524]: m69JIeCZ003524:
milter_sys_read(dkim-filter): cmd read returned 0, expecting 5
Jul 9 15:18:40 flotsam sendmail[3524]: m69JIeCZ003524: Milter
(dkim-filter): to error state

...after this, the milter is dead and of course you just get the "to error
state" and "unable to connect to (the socket name) messages.

I've tried running it in the foreground with multiple -v's as well,
there's never any output.

Ideas anyone?

-John
