Dkim-milter operates in either signing or verification mode.  In the 
default configuration, as provided by the author, mail originating 
from localhost will be signed.   You can specify the IP addresses of 
the other hosts for which mail should be signed (InternalHosts) or 
the MTA name for which mail should be signed.

Any mail originating from connections not matching the above criteria 
will be verified unless the milter is operating in a specific mode 
(signer or verifier only).
