The error means what arrived via SMTP didn't contain a sender header 
field.  dkim-filter needs to have one of:

        From:
        Sender:
        Resent-From:
        Resent-Sender:

...when figuring out whether or not to sign the message and (if so 
configured) which key to use for signing.
