Has Rickard Bondesson, told, the linker is unable to link to 64-bit
executable. So, i gave the linker options and built libdkim.so.
But, when i try to link to the dynamic version and built the test file, the
binary is unable to run. Error saying " ld.so.1: t-test00: fatal:
libdkim.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed" is coming.
But, the library is there in the specified directory.
command to build the test binary:
cc -Kpic -g -mt -DINT_BIG=long -xarch=v9 -o t-test00 -lpthread t-test00.o
-L. -ldkim
/tmp_mnt/homefs/mnt/dshanmug/dkim-milter-2.8.1_64/obj.SunOS.5.10.sun4/libsm/libsm.a
-L /home/dshanmug/openssl/ -lcrypto -L /home/dshanmug/openssl/ -lssl
-lsocket -lnsl -lresolv -L /usr/local/bind/lib -lbind_r_64
So, what i did is not the correct way to link the library.
Even for 32-bit, the same error is coming. For building 32-bit i didn't
change any options. i just changed, cc compiler to be "cc" instead of "gcc".
So, can anyone point the mistake i did or help me to find a solution.
Thanks,
Deiva Shanmugam
