For the books: - We run about 600 mailing lists - We send about 350.000 mails/day - We use VERP In the beginning we had been a little concerned about the impact DKIM signing and VERP on top would have on the machine. It turned out none of the mentioned tasks is a problem at all. Actually the impact is so low, we never bothered to really measure where ressource consumption costs significantly (and how we could make it cost less). OTOH the machine is quite powerful (8-core cpu, 4GB RAM) for a mailing list server. YMMV on less powerful hardware... p...@rick -- state of mind Digitale Kommunikation http://www.state-of-mind.de Franziskanerstraße 15 Telefon +49 89 3090 4664 81669 München Telefax +49 89 3090 4666 Amtsgericht München Partnerschaftsregister PR 563 _______________________________________________ dkim-ops mailing list [email protected] http://mipassoc.org/mailman/listinfo/dkim-ops
