I'm finished integrating the upload progress-bar code from the earlier patch by Herve', though there have been some massive changes.
The progress-bar works both when uploading a ticket, and when uploading through a grant. As with the original patch, it only works with mod_php and when the APC module is installed. We are going to deploy this version of DL 0.4 next week, and I'll release at the same time. There are a lot of important changes and I'd like to release before going forward. I've updated all the documentation in the code, and I'm not going to change anything massively anymore. You're encouraged to test it.
