Well, I kept using the old version of DL years before making it public
anyway :). The code is definitely more clean now, and not any longer
than before. I still have in mind to put a 'simple' theme back (I'm a
minimalist), but lacked the time so far to maintain both.

Yes, I was simply thinking about wrapping those settings in a div, and
hide/toggle it through CSS. "Save as defaults" could than save also
the visibility status as a nice touch.
