The bug that I see holding back a 1.2 release for is the Base64 output issue (which I noticed, and no one has actually reported hitting).
Another issue which might bear looking into was a reported thread leak on web server shutdown. An enhancement would be an more efficient handling of whitespace in Base64 data. The last two do not have issues filed explicitly for them, though the latter is mentioned in the first issue.
