Each report is a daily aggregation, therefore you'll have to wait until 1 day in order to receive anything. It's possible that you got some messages into Google prior to UTC midnight and therefore triggered a report in < 1 calendar day since going live. I suggest waiting 3 full days before worrying if you have a configuration issue.

Hi Greg. Actually, we configured DMARC yesterday. So It's possible we have to wait some days in order to get the reports. This client is sending at least 250000 daily. Is it OK the volume? You will need traffic for a given day in order to generate a report. We've noticed that it's common for small senders to not mail to each ISP everyday. It all depends on the content of the mailing lists. Hi to everyone! I implemented DMARC for one of our clients. But we're only receiving reports from Gmail and not from Hotmail or Yahoo... What's wrong? Thanks in advance -- Inf. Eng.
