Contrary to @destraynor's claim, gmail did not invent the construct of conversation threads. It's been around for several decades. Their implementation of the construct is nice; so as usual, what is interesting is the system integration and not the invention of component capabilities.

In any event, yeah, it would be nice to see the enhancements he cites.
