Yes, that's the problem. We have to remove it from the SPF record.

Subject: [dmarc-discuss] Is it possible block from DMARC an IP to send emails?

Hi to everyone!
We're an email marketing company and are implementing DMARC for some of our
important clients.
I'm checking that our deliveries are marked as SPAM from some providers because
some IP (which is not belonged to us) is sending SPAM. And We're sharing the
DMARC DNS with resources from our client.
My question, Is it possible to excluding some IP using the DMARC settings?
Thanks in advance
