Yes I was told so, and changed my DMARC record over a week ago in order to get data on my dmarcian.com account, I have a DNS TTL of 2160 seconds on my DMARC record so Microsoft should have picked up the change I think.
But I still get the Microsoft reports on the emailaddress that used to be the first address mentioned instead current one.
