So if I am at had-pilot.biz and I want to receive reports on behalf of
agency.gov, it looks like I have to publish a record at
agency.gov._report._dmarc.had-pilot.biz, with a minimum value of "v=DMARC1;"
The DMARC spec allows me to receive reports for anybody by use of a
wildcard:
*._report._dmarc.had-pilot.biz
What if I want to facilitate reports from any and all .gov Agencies (but
nobody else).
Can I do this by wildcarding thus: *.gov._report._dmarc.had-pilot.biz ?
