To: someone responsible for DMARC at hotmail

I modified the rua field of several domains' dmarc records about a
week ago -- the DNS record expiry was set to 3 days, and that has long
since passed.

All other receivers have switched to the new rua value, however,
hotmail is continuing to send reports to the old address.

Sample domain with issue:

vivosys.com

As of today, I am still receiving reports at the old address of
postmaster at vivosys dot com rather than the new address pointing to
dmarcian.

One other thing to note: the reports from hotmail contain no <record/>
elements. I'm guessing that hotmail only does a DNS lookup when a
message is actually received, so for reports with no records, it
continues to use the last (and possibly stale) lookup value.
