Running into some into some issues with DMARC policy being enforced when it should not be on what appears only to be on ReturnPath seeds and not actual mail, all other domains are fine. Normal support channels are leading to an endless cycle of canned answers that have nothing to do with the questions I am asking. Anyone from MSFT that could contact me off list, or someone who could share a contact would be much appreciated.
