Yes. The code that parses the size limit: http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/MSIMERSON/Mail-DMARC-1.20130625/lib/Mail/DMARC/Report/URI.pm and the code here implements the limit: http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/MSIMERSON/Mail-DMARC-1.20130625/bin/dmarc_send_reports I just iterate over the URI list and send the report to each one, skipping over any where the message size exceeds the published limit.
