I checked your wizard... by leaving all the options to default I got:
"v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400" this part "sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400" is not needed because these are the default also there is no rua= you should make that as "required", otherwise it does not make sense, you don't get any report.
