As you can see from the A-R header, its DMARC validation failed.  It
had a valid dmarc.org signature applied by the list and SPF passed for
its list bounce address, so it was no problem to recognize it as list
mail.

If I were implementomg p=reject, I would have bounced this message.
If you sent a few more which also would have bounced, I expect mailman
would have decided my address had gone bad and removed me from the
list.

Hey, Murray, how big was the bounce storm?
