You have several choices.

1. Change your contact form to not send mail "From:" the address that's given, 
rather have it sent from an email address you own (that is not at Yahoo) and 
put their address in the Reply-To: field.

2. Stop using Yahoo to receive your contact form emails (though stopping using 
it altogether would be an excellent idea, given they've demonstrated their 
inability to provide reliable email service).

3. Both 1 and 2.
