Beating a dead horse here, but again, assuming you aren't running antivirus and you are just doing a basic attachment check, you should be looking for file.com or file.zip containing file.com, but not a file.com.zip containing file.com in the file name, with an xml inside... if your receiver is catching items as viral it sounds like you can't read the reports anyway, why not send it to a 3rd party parser and get pdf attachments instead.
