Right.  I'd been avoiding that because I saw this as a relatively minor
change to Murray's draft-kucherawy-dkim-transform-00, but if message
wrapping is considered a nonstarter, a new I-D is in order, assuming that
there's a simple, secure, and palatable way to divide any arbitrary message
body into its "original Author part" and "list decoration part(s)",
irrespective of the Author's part being good-ol' text or MIME.
