As you've all seen, I requested an hour in Montreal. I think now that we don't need it: what we have to do right now is concentrate on reviewing -15, calling for working-group last call, and then requesting publication.
Unless I hear a reason not to in the next day or day and a half (let's say by end of day on Friday, 29 June), I will ask Alexey to give our time slot to the EXTRA working group, which needs the time.
