The main differences between this rev and rev-07 are the ABNF updates and the addition of a discussion in section 9.7 on the topic of "Determination of the Organizational Domain for Relaxed Alignment".
The next rev, which I hope to publish in the next couple weeks, will include a discussion of the differences between DMARCbis and RFC 7489.
