I think this most recent version was much easier to understand than a previous version I’d read a few months ago. This iterative process of discussion, Kaizen, and working toward rough consensus does work. I’m commenting on the noticeable (to me at least) improvements in the quality of the drafts, not on the substantive issues. Also, with dissenters stating their cases and advocates staying in there and not running, those of us observing the process can feel confident about the ultimate outcomes. And a side effect is that observers can learn the technical aspects and observe the process in real time. Good work!
