Summary of changes from rev -29...

   1. Removed mention of "XML" from Section 5.5.3, Setup a Mailbox to
   Receive Aggregate Reports. This is future-proofing against any format
   changes that might be published in a later version of the aggregate reports
   document. Reports are now just described as meant to be machine-parsed.
   2. Added mention in section 7.4 that the ability to specify a maximum
   report size request had been removed from this version of DMARC.
   3. Added language to 5.7.1 and 11.5 to discuss a way to handle
   multi-valued From fields. 5.7.1 allows that a Receiver may choose to go
   forward and do DMARC processing, and 11.5 includes clawing back some of the
   text on the subject that was in RFC 7489.
