The Organizational Domain for any domain is akin to the
ADMD described in [RFC5598].
I think "(ADMD)" should be added after spelling out the term in Domain Owner

4.7. DMARC Policy Record Format
sp: [...] Indicates the message handling preference of
the Domain Owner or PSO for mail using an existing
subdomain of the prevailing Organizational Domain
for and not passing DMARC validation.
To me, this sentence does not parse. This may be what the editors will
catch and fix, as John Levine keeps telling me, but maybe we can make it
a bit easier for them?

Inconsistent tag notation
There are references to the psd tag; psd= tag; 'psd' tag; "psd=n" tag;
psd=y tag, and similar for the other tag names.
The formal definition says:
dmarc-tag = 1*ALPHA equals 1*dmarc-value
The currently known tag names is listed in table 2.
>From that one can infer that the tag is the whole thing, name=value,
while the parts are tag name, and value.
I believe a consistent style should be adopted when referring to a tag
throughout the text.

Overriding destination addresses
the DMARC Policy Record of the Author Domain.
Pedanticness; could maybe more accurately be referred to as
the DMARC Policy Record discovered for the Author Domain.
