Please, no. We still get reports every day using legacy ZIP (which we removed a
decade ago) from people like Google who have never updated their reporting code.

As I said in another message, it's unlikely that for this kind of data a new
scheme will make much difference or that enough people would implement it to be
worth the effort.  So please leave well enough alone.
