*I really hope not*. Content filtering is mumbo jumbo. One ought to fully understand the content of a message in order to judge its wantedness. Recipients themselves are at times unable to do so.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC, AFAIUI, are part of an effort which aims at a mail system that can run automatically, without herds of content analyzers pedaling in the background.
