8.1.  Authentication-Results Method Registry Update

  IANA has added the following to the
  "Email Authentication Methods" registry:

  [...]

  Evaluated DMARC policy applied/to be applied after
  policy options including pct: and sp: have been
  processed. Must be none, quarantine, or reject.

RFC7489 did not contain that, but IANA lists it with RFC7489 as the
definition reference in the registry.

The "pct" tag was dropped in this version, and the text is now
inaccurate. Could we just drop the tag references, and then IANA will
update it, or is something more required to fix it in the registry?

Proposed new text:

  Evaluated DMARC policy applied/to be applied after
  policy options have been processed. Must be none,
  quarantine, or reject.
