This document in Section 4.6 says: A report SHOULD be sent to each listed URI provided in the DMARC Policy Record. No it doesn't. Not anymore, it was removed before -34, in a8b4c1: Interim checkin of AD comments The aggregate reporting draft, however, says: An attempt MUST be made to deliver an aggregate report to every remaining URI, up to the Receiver's limits on supported URIs. where the word 'remaining' is there because it starts off talking about excluding URIs with size limitations if the report is larger. That should be updated. What should be done about C.7? Re-target the reference to aggregate reporting: [@I-D.ietf-dmarc-aggregate-reporting, section 2.5] says: An attempt MUST be made to deliver an aggregate report to every remaining URI, up to the Receiver's limits on supported URIs. Or whatever the final text there will be changed to? Something else?
